4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or harmful content.

  • Impersonate others or provide false information.

  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent security measures.

  • Record, reproduce, or distribute Creator Content without permission.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payments for subscriptions, tips, and other services are processed securely by CCBill.

  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

  • Creators are responsible for complying with applicable tax laws related to income earned through LuvlyFans.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these Terms, misuse the Platform, or engage in any behavior harmful to LuvlyFans or its users.

7. Disclaimers

  • LuvlyFans is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.
