LuvlyFans respects intellectual property rights and expects all users (fans and creators) to do the same.
We comply with applicable copyright laws, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied, posted, or distributed on LuvlyFans without permission, you may send a written DMCA Notice to us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.

  • The URL(s) or location(s) of the infringing material.

  • Your contact information (name, address, phone, and email).

  • A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

  • Your electronic or physical signature.

Incomplete notices may not be processed.

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice by contacting us at [email protected]. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Identification of the material that was removed and its original location.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification.

  • Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction of the courts in your area.

  • Your signature (electronic or physical).

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the copyright claimant files a lawsuit within a specific timeframe.

3. Repeat Infringers

LuvlyFans has a policy to terminate accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.

4. Content Ownership

Creators retain ownership of their original content but grant LuvlyFans a license to host and display their material within the platform for the purposes of operation and promotion, subject to the Creator Agreement.

5. Important Notice

Submitting false claims may result in legal liability. Please be sure that you genuinely own the rights or are authorized to act before submitting a copyright complaint.
