LuvlyFans respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users and creators to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed on the LuvlyFans website.

This policy outlines how copyright holders can report alleged infringement and how we respond to such reports.

1. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used or shared on LuvlyFans without your authorization, please send a written DMCA Takedown Notice to our Designated Agent that includes the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.

  2. Identification of the allegedly infringing material, including the specific URL(s) on LuvlyFans.

  3. Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

  6. Your electronic or physical signature.

2. What Happens Next

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Takedown Notice:

  • We will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.

  • We may notify the content uploader and provide them with a copy of your notice.

  • The uploader may submit a Counter-Notification if they believe the content was wrongly removed.

3. Submitting a Counter-Notification

If your content was removed and you believe it was done in error or is non-infringing, you may submit a Counter-Notification containing:

  1. Identification of the material that was removed and the URL before it was removed.

  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.

  3. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction in the courts of England and Wales (or, if outside the UK, the jurisdiction where you reside).

  4. Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Repeat Infringers

Users who repeatedly post infringing content may have their accounts terminated and may be banned from using LuvlyFans, at our sole discretion.
