2. What Happens Next
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Takedown Notice:

We will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.

We may notify the content uploader and provide them with a copy of your notice.

The uploader may submit a Counter-Notification if they believe the content was wrongly removed.
3. Submitting a Counter-Notification
If your content was removed and you believe it was done in error or is non-infringing, you may submit a Counter-Notification containing:

Identification of the material that was removed and the URL before it was removed.

A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.

Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction in the courts of England and Wales (or, if outside the UK, the jurisdiction where you reside).

4. Repeat Infringers
Users who repeatedly post infringing content may have their accounts terminated and may be banned from using LuvlyFans, at our sole discretion.
