All models, actors, actresses, and other persons that appear in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct appearing or otherwise contained in or on LuvlyFans.com (“the Site”) were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of the creation of such depictions.

With respect to all content hosted on LuvlyFans:

• LuvlyFans.com is not the "producer" (as defined by 18 U.S.C. § 2257) of any user-submitted content appearing on this site.

• All user-submitted content is created and uploaded by third parties (independent content creators or "creators") who are required to affirm that they are in full compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257.

• It is the sole responsibility of the creators to ensure that all performers featured in their content are of legal age (18+) and that they maintain all required age verification records.

2257 Record-Keeping Requirements

For all content that is flagged or categorized as sexually explicit as defined under 18 U.S.C. § 2256:

• The content uploader (creator) must affirm that they maintain the age verification documentation as required by law.

• The uploader must indicate they have obtained signed consent and releases from each individual depicted.

LuvlyFans may, at its discretion, request age verification documentation and/or conduct checks to confirm compliance with these laws.

Custodian of Records

Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257, the required records are maintained by the appropriate Custodian of Records for each creator individually. As LuvlyFans does not act as a producer of user-submitted content, we do not maintain such records directly.
