1. Content Moderation Approach

LuvlyFans uses a combination of automated tools, manual review, and community reporting to ensure that content published by creators complies with legal requirements, our Terms of Service, and this policy.

  • All content uploaded by creators is subject to review before or after publication.

  • Reported content is investigated promptly by our moderation team.

  • Repeat violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.

2. Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on LuvlyFans and will be removed:

A. Illegal Content

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content involving minors (under 18)

  • Non-consensual content, including revenge porn and hidden camera content

  • Human trafficking, exploitation, or forced acts

  • Incest or simulated incest

  • Bestiality (sexual content involving animals)

  • Use of hate speech or content promoting violence or discrimination

  • Content promoting or glorifying suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders

B. Prohibited Sexual Content

  • Blood, vomit, feces, or other bodily waste (coprophilia, urophilia, etc.)

  • Sexual activity involving unconscious or sleeping individuals

  • Degradation, abuse, or non-consensual humiliation

  • Hypnosis, intoxication (real or simulated), or coercion-themed sex

  • Rape fantasy or simulated non-consensual acts

C. Prohibited Commercial Activity

  • Selling weapons, drugs, or illegal substances

  • Pyramid schemes, get-rich-quick schemes, or gambling promotions

  • Use of the platform for fraud, identity theft, or scamming users

  • Promoting or facilitating escort services or physical meetups in exchange for money

3. Prohibited Behavior

Users and creators may not:

  • Impersonate others or use fake identities

  • Harass, threaten, dox, or stalk others

  • Infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or the publicity rights of others

  • Circumvent payment systems or promote off-platform transactions

  • Spam users, including unsolicited messages or promotional content

4. Reporting Violations

Violations can be reported by emailing support@luvlyfans.com or using the reporting function on the site. Reports are treated confidentially and investigated by our moderation team.

5. Enforcement

Violating this policy may result in:

  • Removal of the offending content

  • Warnings or account suspension

  • Permanent banning from the platform

  • Reporting to law enforcement where required

LuvlyFans reserves the right to modify this policy and take action based on the severity and context of each violation.
